I customize a blend of therapeutic and playful modalities to help my clients feel more comfortable moving their bodies. One client has been telling others it’s dance therapy and that she wouldn’t be in a group exercise dance class if it weren’t for our time together!

We start by creating a safe space to be, work with grounding and calming breath work, then open up and explore, shake things up, perhaps add sound, dynamics, and a few safe double dares! Most sessions involve pastels and paper, quiet clubbing headsets, props, JoyBit movement cards, and sharing/reflection.

It’s fun.

It’s deep work, done playfully.
