INSPIRATION:

Loosen up people, get some space in those joints.

DO:

On your next exhale, let gravity take over and sense the weight of your bones. Imagine replacing the joints of your body with rubber bands. Let the knees take on a soft bop, and allow the bones to dangle as the rubber bands bounce. Floppy and relaxed. Now invite the jaw, fat, skin and muscle to join the subtle jiggle.

NEXT:

Think of a situation or person that makes you TIGHT and tense all muscles. Next, add those rubber bands and release into the above mentioned exercise. Alternate between the two energies until you are satisfied.
