PAT THE RAINBOW
I would love to take credit, however, I learned this move from a Nia Technique video. I have to share! It brings me too much pleasure.
You might want to check out the video. Put your legs in either an A or sumo stance, then reach your arm bones long out by your side. Start a pat pulse with the arm bones . Add a tail. Add a forehead, add a heart. Pulse your arms up the sides to the top of the rainbow, then back down. Pulse, pat, get the whole body into it!
You HAVE to pull this out at the next karaoke night, live band, or family dance party. It’s a pleaser for all.
