Accessing one's full range of movement, 360 degrees, through curiosity and play.
Start by painting the inside of an imaginary bubble with your fingertips. Now use the back of your head to paint the surface. Knees. Toes. Pelvis. Try looking around 360 degrees to access upper spine mobility. Play with high medium and low sweeps. Play with different size bubbles. Play with different barriers, different fillings, different colors...what if you became the bubble?
Close your eyes and take a full body scan from head to toes. Notice anything different?
