DO:

Imagine a puppet master ties strings to your wrists and pulls in an upward motion, then releases. Tie a few strings to you knees. Continue to add strings to ankles, hip bones, shoulders, ears, etc. and explore what range of movement is possible. ALLOW your bones and body parts to respond. What if your strings get yanked in a repetitive motion. Feel the muscles working?!
