Shake It Off

INSPIRATION:

The creator of Nia, Carlos Aya Rosas, was asked during a training, "What One move should we do every day that would give our body the most benefit?" He answered full body shimmy.

DO:

Start by filling your bum with dry beans and shake it like a maraca.

Now, add beans to your belly, thighs, skull, chest, fingers, and even throughout your hair. Shake shake shake until your body becomes one big uncontrollable bean shaking machine. Now add imaginary water to your skin that needs to shake off. What sound wants to come out?
