DO:

  1. Solo or in group.

  2. Dribble, catch, pass, shoot, in place or back and forth between imaginary baskets.

  3. Be a Harlem Globetrotter, put on a show, break a sweat.

NEXT:

Use it as a warm up before a weight work out. Play with this imagery until your heart rates goes up. Try it out on the next black top with a real hoop, no ball :)
