Jump rope is so much more fun and successful when the rope is imaginary.
With feet close together and rope in hand, start with small heel lifts, squishing one heel down at at time.
Graduate into a small bounce, maybe add space to the pits and use larger rope motion.
Try 1,2,3 pattern in the feet and move through space.
Lasso? Two ropes? Criss Cross? Backwards? No tripping! The rope is imaginary.
